Business Law is the broadest subject on the Solicitor paper. It runs from choosing and forming an entity, through governance, financing and the duties of directors and officers, to the commercial transactions a business enters and the way it is sold or wound up. The breadth is the difficulty: there is no single storyline to hold it together, and a candidate can know corporations well and still be caught out by a partnership or a secured lending question.

These three quizzes cover the ground deliberately rather than at random.
