Civil Litigation is the procedural backbone of the Barrister paper. It is the law of how a dispute moves: who can sue, where and by when, what has to be pleaded and produced, which motions are available along the way, and what a trial and its costs consequences look like at the end. Candidates who spent law school on substantive subjects often find it the least familiar area, because it rewards knowing the steps and the deadlines rather than the doctrine.

These three quizzes are built to make that sequence second nature. Each question drops you into a live file at a particular stage and asks what the rules require next. Get one wrong and the explanation walks the procedure, so you learn the rule and where it sits, which on an open-book paper is half the mark.

It exists so the quizzes cannot be farmed for an answer key by submitting blank attempts.
