Real Estate Practice Quiz Pack

Real Estate is the most transactional subject on the Solicitor paper. A purchase, a sale or a mortgage moves through a set order of stages, from the agreement through searches, requisitions, financing and closing to registration, and each stage has its own documents, deadlines and responsibilities. Candidates who have never sat through a closing find the vocabulary unfamiliar, and the vocabulary is half the subject.

These three quizzes teach the transaction as a transaction. Questions follow a file from offer to closing and ask what must happen, who is responsible, and what goes wrong if it is missed. Explanations show the mechanics as well as the rule, so a wrong answer teaches you the sequence you will need on the paper and, later, in practice.
