Ontario bar exam practice quizzes
Solicitor Professional Responsibility Practice Quiz Pack
Four quizzes, 100 questions, on the conduct material threaded through the Solicitor paper.
Professional Responsibility is examined on both the Barrister and the Solicitor papers, so a candidate writing both studies the subject once. It is never examined on its own, though: conduct questions arrive inside a subject's fact pattern. These quizzes put them where the Solicitor paper puts them, in Business Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate, which is why each stream has its own pack. Untimed by design: these are for study, not simulation.
What's included
- Four 25-question practice quizzes, each with its own unique question base
- Two attempts at each quiz, freshly ordered every time
- Ethics and professionalism inside realistic solicitor fact patterns, the way the paper frames them
- No overlap with each other or with our mock exams
- Competency-level reporting after every quiz, with a ranked list of what to work on first
- Where a category is too small to judge honestly, we name it and say so rather than print a number you would act on
Perfect alongside the Solicitor subject quizzes, or after a mock exam whose report put your losses in the ethics and professional responsibility column.
About explanations: explanations unlock at 60%. That is our own threshold, not a passing standard, because the Law Society does not publish one. It exists so the quizzes cannot be farmed for an answer key by submitting blank attempts. Below it you still see every question you missed and the area of law and competency each one tested; sit it again after studying and the explanations open up.
Writing again? Repurchase this pack at 15% off. Not everyone passes first time, and preparing again shouldn’t mean paying full price again.
